We are constantly in the market for locations to develop new commercial space (office, retail, industrial) or residential property in a southeastern region generally transcribed by a semi-circular arc extending from Jacksonville, FL westward to Birmingham and Huntsville, AL, back to Charleston, SC. Our strong preference in terms of a specific locale is urban/semi-urban in densely populated areas. The location should also provide us with an opportunity to exhibit the compelling qualities of a high-performance building with the potential of becoming a sustainable property. We will consider joint ventures with partners aligned with our values and purpose. |
