Melaver Inc. has partnered with Ken Gaylord Architects on the 310 South Main fine condominium project in downtown Hendersonville, NC.  The environmentally friendly project will offer natural interior and exterior finishes for optimal sustainable living in a mountain setting just south of Asheville.

310 South Main is a LEED® registered building which projects 30% savings in reduced consumption of energy and water through efficient specifications in lighting, water fixtures, and heating and air conditioning. There will be an on-site cistern for collection of rainwater which will be used for landscape irrigation and a courtyard fountain.
