Oakland Park Condos Atlanta
Oakland Park is located in the Historic Grant Park neighborhood on Memorial Drive in Atlanta, Georgia.  This mixed-use residential condominium and commercial project is a joint partnership between Melaver, Inc. and Urban Realty Partners.        New Interior Photos Here 
A new ground floor commercial tenant signed in April, 2007 - Stella Neighborhood Trattaoria, a brand new concept from restauranteur Rich Chey of Doc Chey's Noodle House and Osteria 832 Pizza & Pasta. 
Oakland Park is seeking LEED certification, and is on the road to possibly become the first residential LEED project in the Atlanta area.
