It’s interesting.  We have several Melaver, Inc. people who used to work for companies that were once tenants in our office buildings. When those companies closed shop, their employees applied for jobs with us. That’s a good telltale sign of our approach to managing our office buildings: to foster the kind of environment for others that we would most want for ourselves. We seek places that are beautifully designed, with plenty of sunlight, open spaces, and artwork – places where people know each other, meet during the day in break rooms and workout facilities, where community occurs of its own accord.
