Melaver, Inc. seeks to select and develop sites which promote livable communities with links to public transit, and provide dedicated open spaces in pedestrian-friendly, mixed use communities. We look for flexible designs which enhance building longevity, improve energy efficiency and to reduce environmental impacts by promoting occupant health and well-being in the indoor environment.

We use environmentally friendly building materials and native plant species in landscaping to conserve water, using the  U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system as our guideline.  We invite you to take a look at some of our current projects.
