A key initiative in 2007 is to develop a set of property management criteria that is truly sustainable. Our focus will be on how to lessen our environmental footprint. From Ecogreen toilet tissue to low-volume sinks and showers, to innovative toilets and urinals and low VOC paints: you name it. We’re calling these criteria our "Mark of a Difference." 

It is our hope and intention not just to develop and implement these practices in our own holdings, but to share these best practices with other firms around the country.
