A key initiative in 2007-08 was to develop standards for property management that is truly sustainable. We focused on how to lessen our environmental footprint. From Eco toilet tissue to low-volume sinks and showers, to innovative toilets and urinals and low VOC paints: you name it. We’re calling this our "Mark of a Difference."

It is our hope and intention not to just develop and implement these practices in our own holdings, but to share these best practices with other firms around the country.
