Melaver McIntosh was engaged by a mid-size U.S. city to: Research green building policies implemented throughout the U.S.; Analyze strengths and weaknesses of the various programs; Develop a green building policy (along with a set of incentives) that would apply to both the public and private sector. The objective: Leverage prior, pioneering green building projects developed by our sister company, Melaver, Inc. and position the city as a national leader of sustainable building practices.
