Alan Lowe has practiced law in Savannah for the past 30 years—the last 25 years as a partner in Buchsbaum and Lowe. Although we have a general practice—both transactional and civil litigation— we specialize in the areas of commercial real estate, employment and school law.

I have been privileged to have represented the Melaver family since 1977. Initially, the main focus of my representation was as general counsel for M&M Super Markets, Inc., continuing through the sale to Kroger in December 1985. In recent years, my representation of the Melaver family has been concentrated in the areas of real estate acquisition and development.
