Lott+Barber Architects is a Savannah, Georgia based architecture and planning firm established in 1990 to provide service to clients in the education, multi-family, healthcare, commercial and institutional markets. We believe that excellent service is the key to our success.  The firm has grown, initially, in response to client demand in the form of repeat business.  Approximately 90% of our work is for these established relationships. 

In recent years we have expanded our services, adding community and government planning, graphic design, and sustainability.  These reflect our client’s growing need for integrated, comprehensive services beyond just building design. 

In addition to incorporating sustainability into every project discussion, Lott + Barber Architects has committed to utilizing Building Information Modeling on all new projects.  BIM adds value and increases quality and speed to completion for all our clients.  All of these initiatives provide the firm the opportunity to grow the strength of the client/firm relationship.  That is our clear mission.
