OVERVIEW OF PARALLEL HOUSING

Parallel Housing, Inc is a non-profit corporation with a mission to provide energy efficient, quality affordable housing to communities in need.  Formed in 2003 by Gregg Bayard and Curry Wadsworth, Parallel Housing seeks to identify communities that for a number of reasons have become distressed.  Together with partnerships that include neighborhood associations, local and state governments, local leaders and others, Parallel Housing seeks to bring significant financial and social investment into these areas by using the financial sources available to non-profit corporations
