Keith Fanelli of Melaver | Mouchet becomes licensed Sales Associate

(SAVANNAH) – Keith Fanelli has become licensed as a Sales Associate with Melaver | Mouchet, a leader in the commercial real estate market in Savannah and throughout Southeast Georgia and the Low Country.

Fanelli has worked at Melaver | Mouchet for the past nine months as an intern analyzing market research, conducting intensive marketing campaigns, working with Melaver | Mouchet agents and their clients and learning about the local commercial real estate market.

He has a B.S. in finance from Pennsylvania State University. Fanelli understands all facets of construction as he grew up working as a carpenter’s apprentice in his families’ commercial development and general contracting company located in Pennsylvania. Becoming licensed will now allow him to build upon the knowledge he gained in the construction industry and enhance the skills he learned as an intern while representing his own clientele in commercial land and leasing deals.
