Purchased in 1998, Melaver invested significantly in the common areas of the building adding a fitness room and multiple break rooms for use by our tenant partners. Our 5-story office building has big building amenities and small building service. This has resulted in occupancy levels well above the average for the area. Melaver Office Suites occupies the 4th floor and has served as an incubator for many companies now occupying the other floors.  In 2005, The Crestwood Building earned the Energy Star designation - in recognition of Superior Energy Management.
