Annie Melone
Assistant Construction Manager

 

Annie is the Assistant Construction Manager in Savannah. She will be in charge of implementing and overseeing various aspects of construction projects, while working with contractors and subcontractors. She will also provide support for construction documentation and will develop, audit and revise construction budgets.

Prior to joining Melaver, Inc., Annie was the Assistant Project Manager for a firm in Maryland, managing project budgets and organizing contracts and change orders.

She is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in Construction Management from Ashworth College and holds a B.A. in German language, literature and culture, with a supporting area of economics, from the University of Maryland.  She is LEED 2.2 accredited.
