Cedric Sampson Building Engineer

Cedric Sampson, a native of Savannah, is as the building engineer for the Abercorn Common shopping center in Savannah, as well as Melaver’s other Savannah properties. Cedric performs equipment maintenance and service, and coordinates new services with contractors and vendors. He previously served as the general maintenance technician for the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center, where he did extensive maintenance work and repairs for the heating and air, plumbing and electrical systems. Cedric received his Environmental Protection Agency heating and air technician certification from Savannah Technical College and is currently studying for LEED certification. |
