Colin was introduced to Melaver as an outside consultant prior to joining the Company as Chief Operating Officer in October, 2003 where he oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the firm, while helping shape the guiding long-term business strategy. With a BS from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and more than twenty year’s experience with over a billion dollars of real estate assets, Colin provides us with tremendous experience on the retail side, has a sharp financial mind and understands marketing deeply. Having grown up in Australia and Jamaica, Colin's adaptability to changing environments is put to use in leading Melaver toward the new frontier of sustainable real estate development. Colin uses his easygoing upbeat manner to great managerial effect. He is LEED 2.0 accredited.

Personal Comments:

I most enjoy my children, Ariana and Dallas. I also enjoy coaching, reading, fitness activities and travel. Dislikes? Hypocrisy.
