As Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the Melaver Mouchet Brokerage Group, Julie supports all members of the team,  manages the brokerage office and acts as liaison between the brokerage division and the Melaver organization.  She is responsible for the creation of contracts, the administration of the leases, listings, and sales, along with managing deal flow, financial transactions and marketing campaigns.  She is a graduate of the University of Washington, is a certified Paralegal and has a background in commercial lease administration.

When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up?

A gold medal gymnast like Nadia Comaneci.

Santa Claus? or Marcia Brady or Kramer

Watching my husband dance!

What are you most proud of?

Most recently, passing the LEED 2.2 exam

What green items would you like to incorporate into your life?

Harvesting rainwater for all my home and irrigation needs.

A really influential and powerful woman like Condoleeza Rice
