Luanne Anderson

Luanne is the Office Manager for the Melaver Birmingham office, and the Property Manager for the Birmingham Melaver properties. She assists in project management, construction build-out, and daily operations. Luanne has a solid background in team building, as a technical writer, and as a real estate analyst for a well known drug store chain. She is a graduate of Wesleyan College with a B.A. in International Business Relations and is LEED 2.2 accredited.
Luanne was elected in 2008 by the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Birmingham to be the Chair of the Environmental and Sustainability Committee. She is a Board member and the Communications Chairman of the Alabama State Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and is locally active in the Green Resource Center of Alabama.
