Michael Bone
Associate Broker Michael joined the Melaver-Mouchet team in the fall of 2005. He has an extended knowledge of the real estate business, and most recently worked with Binswanger, global real estate specialists in Atlanta, in the acquisition and disposition of large scale industrial buildings. Prior to that, he was doing estimating and project management for the interiors division of The Conlan Company.
He is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a BA in Business and a major in Real Estate. Michael is an avid boater, hunter, and fisherman, and is proud to be back in his hometown of Savannah.
Michael has become a candidate member of the CCIM Institute. He is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the organization, and just received honors in passing of the Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate, the first comprehensive exam in a series of four.
Michael is currently Vice President of the local chapter of The Coastal Conservation Association, a member of the Commercial Council of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the U.S. Green Building Council, Savannah Chapter. He is currently pursuing LEED accreditation.
