Randy Peacock
Project Manager/Construction Manager Melaver staff member since: 1996 Randy's tenure with Melaver dates back to our roots in the M&M Supermarkets where Randy first joined as a grocery bagger (a story in its own right). Randy's rise through the organization has included property management and maintenance oversight, construction and development, and he has served as the Company's Chief Green Officer. As a member of the management team, Randy currently oversees the redevelopment of Abercorn Common, a $30 million project significant nationally as possibly the first LEED certified retail center in the United States. Randy's most recent achievement, the historic rehabilitation of an office/retail project in Savannah earned him the right to present at the 2004 US Green Building Council Conference in Portland, Oregon. Randy received our 2002 core value award for Learning, was our first LEED accredited professional, and brings to Melaver a unique blend of humor, mental agility, pursuit of knowledge, and genuine humility.
