Rhoda brings extensive accomplishments in property, facility management, and tenant services to Melaver.  She spent years working for companies with Class A Offices in Rhode Island and Connecticut.  As Property Manager based in Savannah, Rhoda will be responsible for tenant relations, managing vendors, and managing budgets for each property.  She has a BA from the University of Connecticut and is certified as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners & Mangers Association (BOMA).  She is LEED 2.1 Accredited.

 

When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a flight attendant when I grew up.  I now hate to fly.  

Name a Movie you could watch over and over again.

The Preacher's Wife, which is the African American version of The Bishop's Wife. 

What makes you laugh?

Babies and their motions make me laugh. 

What are you most proud of?

I am proud of having raised two beautiful children who are pursing college degrees and appear to have good heads on their shoulders. Yea right 

What green items would you like to incorporate into your life?

I would like to own a hybrid. 

If you could be reincarnated, who or what would you like to come back as?

Not sure about coming back, but I always jokingly say that I want to come back as Cam.
