Scott is an executive who brings over 15 years of prior real estate management and service spanning 10 states, at some of the nation's largest real estate firms.  Scott's depth of knowledge in real estate operations and portfolio management ensure that Melaver's core portfolio is always well founded and operating to sustainable standards - a change introduced in late 2004.  His Midwestern roots add to the diverse perspectives we try to bring to our decision making process. He was awarded the Melaver Core Value Award for Profitability in 2005, the same time he became LEED 2.0 accredited.   The Crestwood Building in Atlanta has been honored with numerous awards since Scott joined Melaver, including the BOMA Earth award in 2007 and the Pace Award by the Clean Air Campaign for Energy Efficient Building Management. In early 2007, Scott earned his Certified Property Manager designation.  He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
