Our challenge is to create a tight culture of synergy without causing groupthink: to push, to shove, to challenge, and cajole in a spirit of respect, collaboration, creativity, and enthusiasm that is honest and cohesive. Our company is NOT our people per se, but the community we’ve tried to nurture together. At the end of the day, we are a service company. But the unique bundle of services we provide deals with the practice of community. Most certainly, we are in large part about delivering a sustainable product. But our commitment to sustainability is wrapped in the larger fabric of how we engage with people around us.

We come from Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Texas, Missouri – and parts beyond – mostly from towns and small cities, human-scale communities. We know each other, and their kids and dogs. We’ve spent years together, living the lifecycle of births, adoptions, dating, graduations, marriages, divorces, deaths. To begin to know us is to hear a little bit about us – the details tucked beneath the surface of a professional, talented, committed, respectful, and caring group of people.
