Melaver staff member since 2000

Trey has served as the Building Engineer at our Crestwood Office Building near Atlanta, GA for nearly five years. Trey's knowledge of the building predates Melaver's acquisition from Carr America in 2000. His prior experience helped provide a smooth transition for our tenants, one of Melaver's paramount goals when coming in as the new landlord.

Charged with maintaining and overseeing all aspects of the property's physical plant, Trey also provides maintenance assistance to Melaver, Inc.'s other Atlanta area properties. He is trained as a pneumatics expert in maintenance and mechanical systems and is a graduate of Southface Institute's Strategies for High Performance Buidlings.

Trey won the Melaver Core Value Award for "Learning Company" in 2003, and became LEED 2.1 Accredited in 2005.
